We offer free shipping on most items over $200.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from JK Pro Audio, you do have the option to return it within 15 days of the sale.
In the off chance you receive a defective product, we will gladly repair or replace it with no additional charges to you. (You paid for a 100% working product and you will get a 100% working product) If for some reason your unit can not be repaired or replaced, a 100% full refund will be issued.
JK Pro Audio reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned items less shipping fees (including those which may have been incurred on “free shipping” items). Please read the detailed conditions below on how to return a product.
· In order to return an item you must first obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from our Customer Service Department.
· To request an RA, please call our Customer Service at 888-628-0644.
· Be sure to return the item in its original package and a shipping carton. Do not put shipping labels on the original Manufacturer’s boxes. (This will void the RA and return)
· The RA number must be written on the outer brown shipping box.
· Be sure to ship via insured ground service and be sure to get a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Wholesale will provide the address as to where to return the products to upon
during the RA request.
· All returned items must be in new condition, must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and in their original box. All “B” stock items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as sent to you.

Refunds will be issued within 5 days of JK Pro Audio receiving the merchandise back and after it is inspected to confirm the condition of the return.
